Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are processed and shipped from Oklahoma. We aim to ship orders placed before 12 PM CT that same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM CT will typically ship within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please allow additional processing time durning sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery  

We offer $8.95 flat-rate standard shipping on U.S. orders. Free standard shipping available on orders of $100 or more. 

Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout:

Priority Shipping: $19.95 - Estimated delivery 2-3 business days

Express shipping: $30.00 - Estimated delivery 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once order has shipped.

Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Kali Lynn Boutique is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable or addressed incorrectly, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, Kali Lynn Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional information. 

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are beyond our control. Kali Lynn Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
