All approved returns are issued as store credit for the item's purchase price. Exchanges are also available on eligible items, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We've partnered with Re:do to make returns easy. If you purchased Re:do Return Coverage at checkout, return shipping is covered for eligible returns. If you did not purchase Re:do Return Coverage, you may purchase a return label through our Return Portal or use a carrier of your choice.
