Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at leah@kalilynnboutiques.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
